Booking & Reservation Policy
All bookings at Suraksha Desert Camp are subject to availability. Guests are advised to confirm reservations in advance, especially during peak tourist season in Jaisalmer. Booking confirmation is provided after receiving advance payment or confirmation from our team.
Guests must provide correct contact information, arrival details, and the number of travelers at the time of booking. Any changes in booking dates or guest count should be informed before arrival.
Check-In & Check-Out Timing
Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may include additional charges depending on the season and occupancy.
Payment Policy
Guests can make payments through cash, online transfer, UPI, bank transfer, or available digital payment methods. Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings during festivals, holidays, and peak season.
All additional services including Jeep Safari, Camel Safari, quad biking, candlelight dinner, and special arrangements may require separate charges.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests should be informed as early as possible. Refund availability depends on cancellation timing, season, and package type.
Last-minute cancellations during peak season may not be eligible for full refund.
No refund may apply for no-show bookings.
Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method.
Guests are advised to confirm cancellation terms before making reservations.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are requested to maintain proper behavior and respect the peaceful environment of the camp. Any damage caused to tents, furniture, camp property, or equipment by guests may result in additional charges.
Illegal activities, excessive noise, or behavior disturbing other guests are strictly prohibited inside the camp premises.
Safety & Security
The name “Suraksha” represents safety and care for every traveler. We always focus on providing a secure environment for our guests. However, guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings, valuables, cash, jewelry, and electronic items during their stay.
Adventure activities like Jeep Safari, Camel Safari, and quad biking are conducted at guests’ own responsibility. Guests should follow all safety instructions provided by guides and camp staff.
Weather & Desert Conditions
Desert weather conditions may change depending on the season. Safari timings, cultural programs, and outdoor activities may be adjusted because of weather conditions, government regulations, or operational reasons.
The camp management reserves the right to modify activities for guest safety and operational requirements.
Food & Dining Services
Outside food and alcohol policies may vary depending on camp management rules. Guests are requested to inform the team in advance regarding food allergies or special meal requirements.
Photography & Media
Guests may take personal photographs and videos during their stay. Suraksha Desert Camp may use camp photographs, cultural event images, or guest experience photos for promotional purposes unless specifically requested otherwise by guests.
